Lost
So a couple of weeks ago I discovered Lost (television series). I'd seen several, and heard several discussions about it bt never really paid any mind to those--I had assumed (incorrectly, of course) that it was just another reality television series--not completely unfounded with all the talk about stranded castaways on a [not so] deserted island.
So anyway, it's actually kinda cool coming into a series during its fifth season--rather starting to watch it while its in its fourth season--since I now have four + year's worth of episodes to watch (without having to do the weekly waiting thing).
Right now I'm in the middle of season 2 and I'm hooked.

I watched the first three seasons on DVD back to back. I'm awaiting the fourth season. I think it's a great show if you don't try to figure it out. I actually prefer the flashbacks to the island higgledy piggledy, although it's all entertaining. Picking out the various references is also great fun.
