If Depp is Tonto...who is the Lone Ranger?
According to Ain't It Cool News some up-and-comer named George Clooney is lobbying to put on the hat and mask.
While I can't see Clooney in a western, that is one formidable duo, and whenever this film hits theaters, I'm in there like swimwear.
A bit of trivia: when I was six years old, I was the Lone Ranger for Halloween.

'O, brother' was kind of westernish. Clooney did a good job in that. I think he could pull off the Lone Ranger. Then again, I can't say I've seen the Long Ranger hardly at all, perhaps not even an entire episode, so my opinion might not be worth much.
