Just a thought for those who are avid worriers..I have been having a lot of readings for my friends lately where they seemed to be consumed with worry. They worry if they should start looking for a new job, they worry about paying bills, they worry about relationships and marriage, they list goes on and on.

Here's a thought. I recommend checking out this book called The Secret. Great read and a quick read. Try to think positive thoughts and whenever you start getting depressed or worried, stop yourself and try to turn those thoughts around or try listening to music that will change your mood. This really works! This is real stuff here: happy thoughts bring happy events in your life and the opposite is also true. Negative thoughts and pessimism will bring you negativity.

Here something else that may help: if there is something in your life that you really need right now, say a better more reliable car, then imagine yourself owning a newer car. Imagine the color, the make, the model. Don't focus on how you are going to buy it or finance it or what not. Tell yourself "Your thoughts become things". Try this exercise at home, in the shower, driving to work, well you get the point. You will be amazed at the results and possibilities. If nothing else, you have nothing to lose from trying, because it's FREE and all you have to do is believe.

Feel free to post any messages of success for those of you who have tried this before and it worked or plan on trying this to see if it will work.

Have a great week and I will certainly try to start posting more messages like these either weekly or bi-weekly.
