Good stuff at Bobdylan.com
If you're a fan of Bob Dylan, there's a song available as a free download at his Web site.
"Dreamin' of You" is an outtake from 1997 album "Time Out of Mind." The song will be released Oct. 7 as part of "Tell Tale Signs" -- a two-disc set of rarities spanning 1989 to 2006.
You also can find something titled "Dylan Geo" at the site. It's an interactive globe that plots every live date from his career. Set lists are included for 13 shows staged in Indianapolis and Noblesville:
- 1978 -- Market Square Arena
- 1986 -- Market Square Arena
- 1988 -- Indiana State Fairgrounds
- 1989 -- Deer Creek Music Center (Verizon Wireless Music Center)
- 1991 -- Murat Theatre
- 1997 -- Deer Creek
- 1998 -- Market Square Arena

- 2003 -- Deer Creek, sharing a bill with the Dead (the surviving members of the Grateful Dead)
- 2007 -- The Lawn at White River State Park
It's somewhat surprising Dylan never made it to the Circle City before 1978. Meanwhile, "Dylan Geo" lists 73 dates for NYC.
The 1998 show at Market Square show was opened by Joni Mitchell and Bob was with Wilco. I was there with good friends Joe Hart and Kriss Luckett. The 2003 show at Deer Creek I had great seats right behind the sound board. My Favorite Bob show was in Italy, in Livorno, it was in 1988, Edie Brickell & New Bohemians opened for Bob.I hope Bob returns to the Indy area soon.
