Get discount on Heartland pass
Act now to get a $20 discount on a pass to all Heartland Film Festival movies. Here's the official word:
Heartland Truly Moving Pictures announced today that it will offer a new FEST Pass, an inclusive ticket that will grant pass holders access to an unlimited number of screenings during the course of the 2008 Heartland Film Festival, which will take place Oct. 16-24 in Indianapolis. The FEST Pass also includes admission for one to the Opening Night Event and reception, as well as a Heartland Film Festival T-shirt, notebook, pen and lanyard.
"In 2008, the FEST Pass is the best way to fully enjoy the Heartland Film Festival," said Jeffrey L. Sparks, president and CEO of Heartland Truly Moving Pictures. "For movie buffs it doesn't get much better than this and we're proud to be able to offer this perk to those who love films as much as we at Heartland do."
Heartland's growth in recent years has resulted in the Festival looking for new ways to accommodate its ever-increasing number of attendees.
"Heartland wants to share the Festival experience with as many people as possible, and as much as possible," said Sparks. "That's what the FEST Pass is all about - making Festival screenings even more accessible to our growing audience base."
One hundred FEST Passes are available for purchase now through Sept. 15 for $99 or between Sept. 16 and Oct. 1 for $119. FEST Passes can be purchased online at HeartlandFilmFestival.org or by calling 1.866.HFF.1010.
In addition to the FEST Pass, Sparks says that the Heartland Film Festival will continue its growing commitment to accessibility by offering screenings on the north side, south side and downtown - making a trip to the Festival as convenient as possible.
This year more than ever, Sparks says the Heartland Film Festival has something to offer every movie-lover. In addition to dramatic features, documentaries and student films, the Festival will host its first-ever community event on Oct. 19.
"The community event is our way of thanking Indianapolis for its continued support," said Sparks. "And as the Festival approaches, we will be implementing even more ways in which to make the 2008 Heartland Film Festival more accessible than ever."
The FEST Pass is non-transferable and is intended for use by the individual FEST Pass owner only. Pass holder's name will be printed on the FEST Pass and the Heartland Film Festival reserves the right to check identification. Although pass holders are granted entry to all regular film screenings, they must first pick up a Seating Card for each film. Seating Cards can be picked up at any time the day of the screening, at the designated theater. The FEST Pass is not valid for admission to the special events excluding the Opening Night Event.
