I don't know who all has heard this rumor, but it appears that CBS is considering the cancellation of Swingtown. This was posted on the CBS message boards and there are a lot of fans who are pretty upset about it. The theory is that the ones who love the show are being really low key about it and the ones who hate it are being the loudest. Unlike some of the bloggers on the CBS site, I do not participate in the kind of relationship that "Swingtown" is known for, but I do applaud the producers and directors for handling this kind of topic very well and in a way that makes it enjoyable to watch without having a bias toward the plotline. The show isn't only about sex, drugs and rock 'n roll, it is about real people who have complex relationships smack in the middle of the "Me Generation" If you haven't seen the show, I highly recommend it. It has been moved from it's Thursday time slot to Friday at 10 p.m., but I would love to see some of our board participants weigh in on this amazing new show...what does everyone thing? Swingtown...trash or terrific?
