RUSH in concert at Deer Creek (errrr Verizon Wireless Music Center), still think its gay we have to call it that, was awesome Thursday night in concert at the FINAL SHOW OF RUSH's 2008 Concert Tour! Similar to the 2007 concert, RUSH did add a few old classics to give a better blend or mix to the 2 set masterpiece that was RUSH last night. 2112 with Temples Of Syrinx, Red Barchetta, The Trees, and company were welcome additions this time around for the casual RUSH fan. True RUSH fans like and appreciate the newer stuff too. I am sure its gets old playing the same stuff all the time for the RUSH trio. It will proabably be a few years till we see RUSH again. I hope you took the time to enjoy them now. That was a beautiful evening, and an awesome RUSH show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, what a super performance. It's no wonder that these guys have such a loyal following. I've been going to Rush shows for decades and I've never been disappointed. I think I've heard almost every song played live by now and I always welcome the wonderful new music. One observation that really pleases me is the amount of parents bringing their children to check out the band. I can say It was my 16 year old, Neils' 3rd concert, one took place while my wife was pregnant. We also took my 9 year old and my neice who is 4. It was great to look around and see that we were't the only ones who decided to break them in to the concert world by bringing them to check out the worlds best band of all time "Rush".

Saw them for the first time on June 30th in Cincy...it was a great show and I'm not sure why its taken me this long to see them although I've been to hundreds of shows in the past 25 years....
