Zooey Deschanel and Jim Carrey star in "Yes Man."

Remember that movie where Jim Carrey has that character flaw, then something happens that causes him to comically completely comically reverse course, where, when asked a question, has to respond in a certain way?

Yes, I know you're thinking of "Liar, Liar," but Carrey's new film, "Yes Man," has a similar theme, only this time, Carrey's character was notorious for saying no to anything he was asked, and after a certain event (the trailer suggests being rapped on the noggin with a microphone) he answers in the affirmative to everything, with hilarious results.

It looks like the Carrey comedy vehicle is back, which means Carrey is the winner and we're the losers.

The button-cute Zooey Deschanel co-stars as Carrey's love interest. Who knows, though. Maybe it'll be good.
