7/22/05 -- Camby, Ind. -- Warm chocolate is carefully poured into a chocolate souffle at Chez Jean Restaurant Francais in Camby. The souffle, that will be topped off with a dollop of whipped cream, can be found among a wide assortment of desserts under the heading "Patisserie au Entremets".
