Back in 1985 I was lucky enough to get a couple of pictures of my wife Mary Woodmansee with actor Paul Newman. When we met Mr. Newman that morning he was at the Indy 500 track where Mario Andretti (which Newman was sponsering that year) and he was laid back on a lounge chair in the hot sun reading the morning edition of The Indianapolis Star.
Anyway, that was a thrill for both my wife and I for Mr. Newman to take some time out to meet and chat with us for afew minutes.
