Maple Knoll Apartments, 500 Bigleaf Maple Way (just south of Indiana 32 along Springmill Road),is open for business. Mayor Andy Cook participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, June 3. As the first apartments to be built in Westfield in nearly 10 years, the 300-unit complex, developed in partnership with GE Real Estate, features a variety of amenities. “We offer 11 floor plans which include one, two and three bedroom apartments,” said Holly Perry, property manager. Each unit is outfitted with a washer and dryer, large walk-in closet, garden tub, ceiling fans, and a microwave. The clubhouse houses the leasing offices, a 24-hour fitness room, 24-hour business center and a cyber café with wireless Internet access. It also provides access to a pool and grill area.  Other perks include garages, extra storage space, online rental payments and a unique concierge service.
