Shell, Boots and Satellite Dish, Harbor Island, Bahamas, 4"x 6", watercolor on paper. I came across these house on Harbor Island in the Eleuthera chain of islands in the Bahamas. I was intrigued by how "shack-like" the homes were yet one was equipped with a satellite dish. To me that seemed odd but I have come across similar homes in other parts of the Caribbean. Interesting priorities... perhaps this is part the reason I'd like to move to the islands!
