Today:
My encounter with Hillary Clinton, and the awesomely awkward picture to prove it~ http://life-magic-beauty-love.blogspot.com/
Hi Indy! I am a local artist with something to share! http://www.life-magic-beauty-love.blogspot.com http://www.KateFitzpatrick.Etsy.com March 8th is International Woman's Day, and in honor of that I ...
I saw your whale drawing in an issue of INtake, I must say I like it!
My usual first time comment to those with a particular interest is : I asked myself "Why don't I attempt to create a dialog with all of the other people who have "art" as one of their tags?" Though not knowing where the move might take me, I felt that the tag alone was reason enough to become a fan of yours.
Welcome to indy.com
I went to www.katefitzpatrick.etsy.com to view your page and saw what you had on display there. I am curious... how do you like Etsy? Do you move many works there? How did you hear of it in the first place?
I keep considering a place on the web to gain more exposure for my work (that's one reason I joined this community). I've yet to actually make a move to a web page and am essentially interested in your views and or experience on gallery-oriented pages. Thanks!
Hey, I just went to www.flickr.com/photos/katefitzpatrick and liked your collection of work there even better!
Happy New Year to all of you "art interest" people I'm a fan of. Perhaps our paths will cross at an art event in 2008. Perhaps in '08 there will be a loosely organized gathering of the indy.com arts community at an event or gallery walk. If so, or not, have a good one either way. Cheers!
I think it is so encouraging to see a young person getting involved and trying to make a difference in the world. Maybe John Mayer is wrong and your generation isn't "waiting on the world to change." Now if only my fellow generation X-ers and I could care enough about something/anything to put bumperstickers on our new-money beamers we could really have an impact.
