  • This is a piece that I created as my vision of being at the end of the rainbow and actually finding that pot of gold. This was a piece that I created for larger print. This is something that most people call out as a glass hand blown vase. This, again, is the beauty of abstract art and it allows the user to take on whatever meaning they so desire for each and every piece. This is a piece that I did for my girlfriend. It shows her face in the upper left, and allows for the audience to decide what goes on in her head, mind, and soul as per why this painting was created. This piece is what a box of crayons might look like to a child that has only one ambition, and that is to color on every surface known. The chaos that is presented in this piece is that uncontrollable ability that kids seem to have to get their blues and reds on all surfaces. This is a piece that I did for Race for the Cure this year, and the first print will be auctioned off for charity. It shows faith, hope, and ambition with a subtle calmness that makes me feel at ease, and meaningful in the line structures. This one is entitled 'Es(ca-pe' and is a vision that the world is holding onto more than it can handle, and it is up to the few that can survive change to escape from the everyday norms that we all live by. This one is called 'Barb Wire' I feel that this one has an emotion behind it of a prison yard, or the dreary day in day out routine of a dead end job. The colors in it speak more than the jagged lines, but your vision nearly gets twisted in 'metal' as you move your way down the image. This is one of the first pieces I did in my collection of digital paintings. I am a graphic designer by trade, but my true passion lies in my abstract art. I take a photo of something simple, like a baseball for example, and I then produce what I feel is the true meaning of that photo to me, as an artist. I then create intense lines, colors, and sometimes patterns to form my personal abstract vision of what that object means to me.
