It is so disappointing that someone who is obviously trying to support and promote Irvington doesn't take the time to discuss their concerns directly w/the management/owners, but instead blogs negatively. We have invested a lot of money, time and passion to provide something to a community and area that we care a lot about and that has been terribly underserved. Even if you don't appreciate our look or product, it seems that you could respect what we have done and be pleased that Irvington has one less empty store front.

We think you missed the point. Posting negative comments, especially inaccurate ones, and hoping that they will get taken care of is a very poor way to communicate concerns. And in the meantime, people read these and it may effect whether they will be a customer or not. We are sure if we had complaints/concerns about Bona Thompson that you would hate to have these posted especially if they are inaccurate. We have owners/managers that always take the time to discuss anyones comments, positive or negative, and we also have a website if people feel uncomfortable w/that direct of an approach.
If you don't like us or our product, that is fine. We know we can't please everyone. Our responding to your post was not to win back your business, but to correct your inaccurate info and ask that you respect our investment in the community.
