I am a retired Rollerderby Girl and now an A referee for the Naptown Rollergirls. I am also a local artist and show multi media. work in local venues when time allows. I also collect lady electric shavers from the 1950's through the 1970's.

Happy New Year to all of you "art interest" people I'm a fan of. Perhaps our paths will cross at an art event in 2008. Perhaps in '08 there will be a loosely organized gathering of the indy.com arts community at an event or gallery walk. If so, or not, have a good one either way. Cheers!
Woo hoo! Thanks for adding a photo gallery Michelle. It kicks major booty and so does your avatar. Your head looks really large in the Bee Keeper picture and J Roller and Diane Beat'n look like mini-people in the shot you and Tom did. Oh and I've seen it before, but I really love the bubblegum piece.
So there were defiantly a few compliments about the mannequins today while I was in the studio......thought you should know. kbye
Your response to this week's "Staff Question of the Week" is probably one of my all time favorites. I expected a smart aleck comment in reference to "action".....instead, you came out of left field and gave us your soup preferences. My mind is blown.

hey michelle! it was great to finally meet the world's sassiest photographer! ;-) Unfortunately, this Sat won't work for the rollerderby, but I'll keep tabs on the schedule and try and make it out the next time. peace!
