Today:
I grew up in a small town in Minnesota where I got my cool accent, don't cha know. The big thing to do was hang out at the Dairy Queen. I always knew I wanted to get out and find a job where I could make lots of money and take care of myself. Having divorced parents was tough but it made me the independent person I am today, plus my parents were the cool divorced couple that actually got along. For some reason, I got married at 18, I still have no idea why because I was divorced after 4 years while attending pharmacy school at the University of Minnesota. Tired of living in the frozen tundra the 1st 24 years of my life, I moved to Californnia and was pressured into getting married again! I was such a push over. We moved to Indy in 1992 and I was divorced the the second and last time. I live in sin with my fantastic boyfriend of 12 years. The secret to a happy relationship: no kids, no wedding rings and lots of respect. Plus we drink a lot. OK, it's mostly wine, which a hobby we learned in California, but it keeps us giddy and fun to be around and it opens the door to food and socializing. We have 3 cats and we both work a lot and play even harder. I'm a pharmacist downtown working in a field I love with great people and I love Indianapolis.
I just moved here after living in Minneapolis for 9 years. Goodbye frozen Tundra!!
