It was fun touring the new library with you yesterday afternoon; I was amazed by your untiring professionalism -- how well you took in all the striking design elements of the places we visited, how you seemed to be sorting through everything visually. I could practically see all the little wheels turning! I'm sure we'll have a section that will whet everyone's appetite to see the new facility for themselves.
I asked myself "Why don't I attempt to create a dialog with all of the other people who have art or painting as one of their interests?" Though not knowing where the move might take me, I felt that the tag alone was reason enough to become a fan of yours.
Happy New Year to all of you "art interest" people I'm a fan of. Perhaps our paths will cross at an art event in 2008. Perhaps in '08 there will be a loosely organized gathering of the indy.com arts community at an event or gallery walk. If so, or not, have a good one either way. Cheers!
