Sorry the Italian Beef sandwich wasn't to your liking, but it is our most popular selling sandwich. I know that the Chicago style is a much different presentation and we were not trying to duplicate that. I am glad to hear that the pizzas are to your liking though.

Thanks for your reply. If you aren't trying to duplicate it, you shouldn't call it an Italian Beef sandwich. It's not even close. However, that's just my opinion. Regarding the best selling sandwich - I guess your clients have never had a good Italian Beef sandwich.
Not to be contentious, but as far as I know, there is no standard for how Italian Beef sandwiches are prepared. I have had many variations and it is Italian prepared beef that is used on our sandwich, so I don't think it is misleading. Again, as you said, it is obviously a matter of opinion. Just like the different styles of pizzas available at different restaurants, it is a matter of personal preference.
