Today:
I'm a native-born hillbilly from a wide patch in the curved roads of West Virginia living in this straight-line world of Hoosiers and molehills-turned-mountains.
I miss the West Virginia woods, with their yellowroot, ginseng and fresh-from-the-vine blackberries more than I let on.
Mostly, though, I like building websites, love my wife and my dog and am gradually falling in like with Indianapolis.

Hi!
Glad you like my profile! You know, my mom lived in WV for a while when she was growing up.
I'm trying to free your mind, Neo. But I can only show you the door. You're the one that has to walk through it.
Dude, I took the red pill a long time ago ...
Indianapolis does grow on you. It's insidious. :-)
I love your South Park icon. I use a South Park PastaQueen on my address labels. I need to get out PhotoShop and give her LASIK with the pen tool to keep her up-to-date. http://www.indy.com/photos/standard/2007/12/26615.jpg
Tell your wife I'm sorry she has to deal with the crazy NCLB laws and the standardized tests the company I work for puts out. Some of those passage are AWFUL!
Thanks for the comment, glad you enjoy my pics. I will post more eventually. :) I grew up in Colorado, and I know what you mean about missing the mountains. I hated Indiana with a passion for the first few years I lived here, but now it's grown on me, and I've learned to start observing all the things that I enjoy here, versus all the things that it doesn't have. But I will forever miss the mountains.
I'm from Parkersburg, WV!
