Today:
When I was born, the wind blew from the Southwest. Three large eagles were spotted directly adjacent the hospital, each clutching the remains of a dead fawn. The scene was believed to be an omen of impending doom. Since this time I have spread my semi-sweet sarcasm and bubbly best intentions across the US, looking for a place to conquer and settle.
I am a proud member of the Indy.com development team (Designer/Flash Developer).
I love documentaries, movies, cartoons, martial arts and the simple things in life. You can often find me wandering about downtown enjoying all that Indy has to offer.

Cool Picture change man!
Hey dude. Yep, I do promo for NUVO. So, you guys are going completely digital then? I really do dig the site. Now I have another excuse to procrastinate at work... peace :)
I asked myself "Why don't I attempt to create a dialog with all of the other people who have "art" as one of their tags?" Though not knowing where the move might take me, I felt that the tag alone was reason enough to become a fan of yours. Essex
Frites for all, I love the pesto! Thanks for linkin' up at The Brouge. How do people understand html, I need major help. Dirty McClelland signing off
"starting more dialogue between the artists on this site is important... I think Indy.com has a lot of potential for helping artists promote their work, although we still have a lot of functionality to add in this area. We'll be adding features continuously and I hope that we have time to really make the site useful for artists." Thank you very much for what you do and the plans you have for further development.
hey whats up so thank you for commenting on my art so do u work for the indpls star?? i really and interested in selling my art or somehow putting myself out there ya know ... any advice from a wise one as yourself
Hello, thanks for the comment! I honestly don't think that my web design and coding are advanced enough to be a career but I do design the aesthetics of web design.. if I could only do the graphics, colors, layouts and illustrations while someone else did the coding.. haha.
Doug.... nice site and a pretty cool thing you guys are doing here.... Best of lick my wife and I met you guys last Firt Friday at Fountain Square.... everyone loves the trailer shirt...very clever
I see it in your eyes. You have the look of a man who accepts what he sees because he is expecting to wake up. Ironically, that's not far from the truth. Do you believe in fate, Neo?
The 'chin curtain' is all practicality--easy to maintain!
I am happily employed at MB2 Advertising, MB2advertising.com. It's a full service ad agency of about ten people. I do all their web work (except large .net enterprise work) and some of their video.
Quit refusing my peace offerings.
like a record baby!
very true. very true.
You, Bernie, Chris, and me need to hit up The Lockerbie...and watch Bernie work his magic!
Your personal website is f**king awesome.
Dude, I hear you are heading to the west coast. Send me your personal contact info before you go....
Congrats. Nice work. Nice to hear from you. Hope all is well!
(First off, I posted almost exactly the same post on Jim's page).
I think we need to start an unofficial club on here for those of us who followed the instructions of the original indy.com username conventions (i.e. separating our first and last names with a period).
I hereby nominate you and I (and Jim Walker), and say we have our own version of a secret handshake: calling each other (first name)dot. So you would be Dougdot, and I'd be Joedot, and Jim will be Jimdot. Anyone else who we might find along the way will get their own corresponding name.
And yes, I'm very bored at the moment.
Thanx 4 dat, Dougdot. UR.da.man period
Doug, They know... the whole posting limitations thing came from a meeting at the star, Thus Braden's "Preach on Ty" comment.
Gonna miss you short timer.
awesome my man, thanks 4 the heads up. i probably take 400 pics on any given weekend out at the bar and im sure at least 20 of them r decent!
So yesterday my email said you left me a comment, and now it's gone! not cool
We'll miss you around here man
you are super fly. big congrats on fleeing the scene of the crime.
So, when are you leaving...if you haven't left already?
heading out to Cali today. I'll miss you Indy (a little).
Keep in touch everyone.
Happy New Year to all of you "art interest" people I'm a fan of. Perhaps our paths will cross at an art event in 2008. Perhaps in '08 there will be a loosely organized gathering of the indy.com arts community at an event or gallery walk. If so, or not, have a good one either way. Cheers!
Hah. Nice message there Doug. Are you going to be able to use instant messenger at work so you can continue to threaten me? It'll only help.
Right on.. hey, I just talked to my mom and she recommends that you check out a place called The Inn San Francisco if the place you're staying at isn't the best or is too expensive. The owners name is Marty and he's a negotiator, so you can talk him down on price. The place is close to Joe, I think the street it's on is Van Ness. OK.. think I just found their website: http://www.innsf.com/
Dude, update your bio to include your new career info.
Dougie Fresh...coming to San Fran 2/9-11 for a conference...you got the same cell number...517...let me know...
Are you still out there?
In answer to your question to TJ elsewhere on this site, yes, me! me! I like electronic music! Boards of Canada IDM to Basement Jaxx house, I'm there!
