Center Stage Cafe opened in June of 07 by Cat and Dana. The cafe offers a variety of gourmet deli sandwiches,including the signature "Betty Lou Club" named after Cats mom, Betty Lou Collins. Unfortunately Betty Lou left us in 2000 after a bout of brain and lung cancer. For every Betty Lou sold, we take $1 and will donate it to help fight the cause. Home made ice cream is the next favorite of the neighborhood. Not to mention smoothies,coffee,tea,sodas and much much more.
