Born in Indianapolis in 1964 (Community Hospital on N. Meridian). Lived in Puerto Rico for 2 years (1969-1971). I've lived in Texas for the rest of my life. I've been married for 20 years and have 4 kids. I currently work for a NASA contractor and build and maintain the computer network used by the crew aboard the International Space Station. I'm not a risk-taker, but if I were asked to go into space, I would go in a heartbeat. My daughter recently asked me why I wanted to go into space. I had to think for a moment, but my answer to her was that there is a lot of important work being done in space and I'd like to be part of that work.
