Hola Art - Lo siento. I am NOT the Spanish teacher you met. However, I DO love Cajun food and I have definitely been planning to come to your restaurant. I just haven't made it there yet, but it is DEFINITELY on my list. I will ask for you and practice some Spanish with you when I come, OK? :)
btw, feel free to ask me any questions or to practice any time you want. Me encanta hablar espanol (I love to speak Spanish).

Papa Roux, Can you cook anything Cajun without pork or without meat at all? Do you have any fish dishes?
