Bio
I think I've figured out where it all started: The Lorax. Being read to since before I could speak shaped my future as a copy editor for The Indianapolis Star. Being read The Lorax turned me into a tree hugger. Now I can be a tree-hugging copy editor at green.indy.com.
For the uninitiated, The Lorax is Dr. Seuss' 1971 book about deforestation, pollution and the need to protect our environment. It ends with a phrase that still sticks with me today: UNLESS someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not.
