Today:
Recently transplanted to Indy from Chicago (yeah, yeah, the Super Bowl last year) for work at IU. Most of my time is spent in the classroom or working on some study in human behavior. Teaching is as much a passion as it is probably genetic since both my of parents are retired teachers.
However, I still have maintained my passion for the "wheelz of steel" since 1985. Began at the peak of the music known as House in Chicago at the legendary Music Box and Mendel parties. Eventually led to DJ opportunities across the country and overseas. Based on years of experience, crowds I have spun for, and being a rebel at heart I choose to not be genre bound and will put anything on the turntables as long as it makes people move. Now maintains a residency at Chicago's Funky Buddha Lounge.
Indiana has even moved me to become a two wheeled rider when the weather is right. The thing I enjoy most is dwelling downtown.
Good to have you as a part of the Indy.com and Indianapolis family!
I'm a life long resident of Indy and a Bears fan since 1970....Gayle Sayers, Dick Butkus, The Fridge, Walter Payton (the GREATEST RB to play the game)...........
