Bio

IAMCOYONFORD emerged on the national fashion scene in 2003 in Washington D.C. while serving as the assistant show coordinator for the annual Howard University Fashion Show. He immediately displayed an innate ability to understand form, color and texture and was tapped by legendary tennis star turned fashion designer Serena Williams to assist with the Los Angeles debut of her clothing line, Aneres. It was during the Aneres show that Camille McDonald of America’s Next Top Model Cycle 2 saw Coyon’s talents and hired him as her personal stylist as she embarked on her modeling career.
His “hands-on” approach with fashion shows and personal styling efforts have been showcased by top retail outlets and designers including Parisian, Sean John and Apple Bottom. It was through his relationship with Apple Bottom that Coyon landed an opportunity to work as a stylist during the Las Vegas Magic Show and D.C. Fashion Week.
With an eye for using style to depict one’s life story, a talent \developed throughout his career during partnerships with Grimyville Entertainment, Man Alive and Indiana Black Expo, Coyon launched his career in fashion display while employed by HM stores in Indianapolis.

Coyon’s undeniable palette of cutting-edge style and sophistication has resulted in solid, ongoing relationships with leading art directors, designers, fashion/glamour photographers and celebrities, including Eva Pigford, Venus Williams and Isha Price, among others.
He is Coyon Ford.
