Baking Bread
In these trying economic times, with the apocalypse looming over us all like a large umbrella made of poop, I’ve been finding ways to save money. One way I’ve found to do this is making my own bread. The staff of life. The corpse of yeast. I’ve fallen in love with the practice, and I want to share my love.
I don’t have a bread machine. I just have the Hillbilly Housewife:

The first recipe I tried was Beginner’s Bread.

And it turned out perfectly. Go figure. After a minor outlay of funds for a bread pan, a large bowl and inexpensive ingredients, I’m now set to churn out more loaves than Jebus on a good day.
