I think your source is heavily biased.

Check the quotes in there as well. Even if you want to start finger-wagging at Obama on Jan. 21, 2009, it seems like WND didn’t pick sources in an even-handed manner. But I suppose one shouldn’t expect them to.

There should be more clarification (read: less biased) information on this “ban.” Please go back to Jan. 2001 to see the cuts good ol’ Dubya made in international public health.
