My personal favorites are Bazbeaux, Puccini’s and Jockamo Pizza. This photo gallery might help you figure out a new place. It has 30 pictures of pizza from around Indy:

Click on the name of the restaurant in the caption and it will take you to their profile page where you can get location, hours and all that.

I’m a Hot Box fan mainly because it takes me back to the good old days at IU and a late night “Big Ten”. BBQ chicken…it’s amazing. And they have the best ranch dressing ever!!

They DO have amazing ranch dressing, don’t they? What do they put in it to make it so good?? I always have an impassioned internal struggle over whether to get the nacho cheese or the ranch with my bread sticks…and end up getting both.

Some Guys….no one else is even close.

Although Nancy’s on 96th has the closest I’ve tasted to real Chicago style pizza…and every once in a while Chicago style pizza hits the spot.

I recently tried Rockstar Pizza in Brownsburg. It was a different taste than other local pizzas, but was very good.

Monicals! It’s a hometown favorite of mine and they just recently started opening locations in Indy. http://www.monicals.com/

I’ll tell you who doesn’t have the best pizza in Indy – far from it. Circle City Pizza. The list is pricey, and the toppings are weak, and the portions are small. Hot Box is nice. But the best single slice around is that place on Market just east of the circle.

Listen, I realize this is a chain and it SHOULDN’T be the best pizza, but it sooo is: Donatos. Only the pepperoni, and only the thin crust. Otherwise, I’m with Ben on Bazbeaux!

If I’m looking for pizza-by-the-slice, Giorgio’s just off the Circle.

Otherwise, I’d go with Bazbeaux’s, though Amy’s comment reminds of just how good the Donato’s pepperoni pizza is. Damn it, now I’m hungry and all I have around me to eat is a candy necklace.

I would vote “Mozzi’s” in Greenfield. Plus, they have a killer buffet too with many pizzas to choose from

Jockamo, Bazbeaux and Monical’s. I was surprised to see a couple of votes for Monical’s. That place is nice if you like thin crust pizza.

Keystone Sports Review, 55th and Keystone Ave.

You won’t believe it from looking at the place, but they really do have incredibly good pizza.

My faves are Bazbeaux, Jockamo and Goodfella’s. Mmmmm pizza. I’ll have to try a few of the suggestions in the comments :)

Jack’sPizza is the best anywhere. I moved to Kentucky 12 years ago and every time I come up to Indy, I must take one home with me. Its not just a pizza, it is afood group all of its own.

I just tried Greek’s Pizzeria in Broad Ripple and thought it was great! I had the Gourmet Chicken Ranch Pizza which was delicious. My co-workers had the Ham & Cheese Calzone, Greek Salad, Antipasto Salad and Pepperoni Pizza which they all enjoyed. Excellent pizza crust. Check out their menu at: www.mygreekspizzeria.com. My all-time favorite though is Jan’s Village Pizza in Westfield. It is fantastic! I love Steve’s Surprise and the Cheese Lovers Pizza. The Mexican Meltdown and the Barbecue Chicken Pizza are also excellent. Look at their menu at: www.jansvillages.com.
