Indiana Pacers center Jeff Foster will miss at least two weeks after suffering a high right ankle sprain.

The injury to the 6-11 Foster, a 10-year NBA veteran from Texas State, happened at Friday’s loss to the Miami Heat at Conseco Fieldhouse.

Meanwhile, Pacers rookie Tyler Hansbrough could be making his season debut Friday against the Washington Wizards as long as he has no setbacks in practice this week.

Hansbrough, a 6-9 forward from North Carolina, has been sidelined since the end of July with a shin injury.
