I was fortunate to meet recently one of Indianapolis’ finest ambassadors at the airport. Derrick Belton made sure two colleagues and I were taking the correct bus into Downtown Indianapolis as one was attending the Colts’ game and the other two of us were in town for a conference. Mr. Belton, who was supposed to get off the bus one stop before us, made sure we got off at the correct stop, made sure each of us got to our hotels safely and would not take anything for his help and service. Mr. Belton is to be commended and gave us a great first impression of Indianapolis’ hospitality.
